Well kept campgrounds with well stocked convenience store and a nice cafe. The camp sites are large but not lots of shade. The grass is currently dormant due to this year's drought and campfires are obviously not allowed. Due to a rash of vandalism there are lots of rules and posted signs. If you are not big in following rules look for a different campground. We enjoyed our stay and the fishing was great.
The lady who runs the place is very rude and disrespectful. Other than her snooty ass, the place is nice. Kid and dog friendly but BE SURE to have your dog on a leash or you will be rudely addressed about it. Game warden watches the place like a hawk, so be sure to have your license on hand or you will be fined. Restaurant smells like rotten eggs inside for some reason. All in all, the fishing area and camping area is great but I wouldn't spend my money in the store/restaurant considering the owner is not very nice.

The Service and our meals in the Restaurant were second to none. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities were very clean, updated and decorated to make you feel at home. Camp sites were very well kept, mowed, nice fire rings and spacious. Miss Peggy and her crew have put together a beautiful and family friendly resort!
