Pros: Obviously new construction. Clean, modern rooms with the normal room amenities you would expect from a chain hotel (microwave, fridge, satellite tv, etc). Quiet place.
I would give it 3.5 stars if I were able. It was a reasonable little place. The location is what takes away the 1.5 stars.
Nice clean room at a fair price. I definitely recommend this place if you have to stay for a few weeks near Watford City.
Very reasonable rate
Limited check-in hours. I got there at 9PM and had to roust the owner from his house to get checked-in. Not that he was rude of grumpy or anything. He was very nice. Just be aware that the place is not staffed 24-hours.
Clean, cozy, quiet and a great property manager.
Cons: Difficult to find in the dark if you are unfamiliar with the area. Unpaved parking = mud on the boots. A bit expensive in my opinion, but not out of range. Slow internet.
