Good place to live peaceful and nice.
It was horrible. The smell from the waste pond up the hill every time the wind blows in its direction, can bring a grown man to his knees! The manager doesnt hire actual contractors to fix ANYTHING just the tweakers and druggies that live in the park. She shuts the water off because they spring leaks in the pipes at least once a week for 12 hours to refill the tanks! When you move she accuses you of stealing stuff when you have no need for their stuff! It was by far the worse experience of my time here in Watford. They dont actually fix things like holes in the walls or doors that doesnt lock. People see stuff on the ground next to your trailer and assume its theirs. Only good thing is its 700$ a month includes everything with 10 gb internet everyone in park shares and its gone in the first 3 days and direct TV at no cost to you! If I could give half a star on it I would.
