Needed a pair of boots. No one knew anything about any of their product. Asking questions that had nothing to do with what I needed. Went to the cenex truck stop where I received excellent service and bought boots that were CHEAPER that what home of "economy" had for the same brand.
Purchased a light jacket with my debit card there yesterday. I asked the clerk if I could bring it back if it didn't fit, she said of course. Took the jacket home and had my husband try it on, it did not fit and I took it back for a return 2 hours later. She promptly gave me a receipt for return and while waiting on my cash she told me I had to wait up to two weeks for a refund, all depending on my bank....what!??? This should have been explained to me when I asked about returning it initially. Booooo:(((
