The best BBQ brisket I have ever eaten. it's a must if you're in Watford City. it's a simple, fast food looking place but the food is anything but fast. The owner, Bill, told me the brisket is smoked for 16 hours. It's better than any BBQ I've ever had in Chicago. Not even close.
Good barbeque shack! Food is really good there early in the day. Later on it seems like it sits out for awhile.
