Having worked there for a few years i can say that while I am extremely happy to be leaving for greener pastures one thing I will say that the people there are very industrious and committed; much more than I ever was or could be. The problems are largely outside the control of the fine people there who put up with so much. Watford City will get better if they get fully staffed and properly trained. The new facility will help as well. Give 'em "A" for effort and try to realize that bitching about stuff only makes things worse in any relationship. Try kindness and understanding instead; you might like the results. Just because you may think that since you are intellectually correct does not mean that the best way to get the respect and service you want is to punish and demoralize already demoralized and disaffected people. Try listening the next time you go to Church and practicing what you preach. Peace, out.....
Worse Post office ever they always put different packages on different boxes they aren’t friendly either they need to get more people that are trained better
Never answer telephone or are of any assistance .only to them selves and they stink at knowledge too
The staff is the best, dealing with a massive influx of customers, with a smile. hats off to all of the unsung hero's at the Watford City postal service!
Worst post office ever been too. Never answer their phones, unhelpful, rude and always have difficulty getting my packages. There 30 Day general delivery process is unfair some of us pipeline and never know how long we will be here, I have never had any other post office tell me I can only have mail come for 30 days. Your business should learn to smile more and to be a little helpful sad how many unhappy people there are about this business.
