Worst experience ever.From the owner including the management and HR department ....all are lying and stealing money from their own people that most of the time did not get paid for the work provided .They use u and dump you....I used to work around 110 hours a week but get paid for 65-70 and the rest I had to argue with them .They do not have people working more than 2 months ,some will leave after a week or two .And because of that the rest of us end up working shifts that last 24 hours straight or 36 or 42 hours in the cold .....That happens to me ....and after that u are allowed to sleep maybe 6 hours and they force u to work another 24 or 36 or depends if they have or not people .When u ask for time off they don't care .I broke my leg and even thou I had insurance they did not care about me ....they ask me to work and when I told them that I need to go to the doctor they did not like that ,and they didn't help me at all....and continue to ask me to go to work because we don't have enough people.They owe me more tha $12800 .Never got it because I could not prove the hours ...and why ...First of all they don't have a punch in and out system ,they only work with papers that the management is handeling and every single time hours are missing and not only they do the schedule but they don't respect it .....and also depends if they have or not people ....to work .So u might end up working somebody else's shifts but not getting paid because u are not on the schedule ....also they will keep your money and confuse u with all kind of things ,asking u to prove that u work ....even thou they know that u worked those shifts because they are the ones asking u to help them ....After u work ,suddenly they don't remember almost anything .They also fired several times the HR department and some managers trying to cover the things that they did for the company in regards to money scheduling and their dirty games .So don't trust them at all .... stay away from them ,they only take care of the people that are family and related with them ....the rest are treated as human garbage ,nothing more nothing less .
