Terrible. Treated patients with disrespect and couldn't even complete a simple task of filling out prescription completely and sending it too the correct pharmacy.
Horrible service & do not inform they will bill differently than told.
I was seen about bumps that were all over me and when I walked in I told them that they need to make sure they take my insurance otherwise I don't want to be seen. My mom had cervical cancer this year so that was one of the reasons why I was seen because the deductible is paid. Well turns out they lied and they don't take my insurance so now I have a $200 bill. I called and told them the situation and asked if they would lower it at all. The billing lady told me it's nonnegotiable and the only thing she can do is set up payments. So be careful when you ask if they take your insurance because they might be lying. The best part about all of this is the doctor just said she doesn't know. I was in there maybe five minutes.
Was very quick and responsive to my child. Great staff and very helpful
