Fantastic little place! They display their daily soups on their facebook page. They also have little tester cups so you can test each soup before purchasing. It was the first time I have ever had knoephla and it was INCREDIBLE. The gal said they have that soup daily because its so popular. Each soup is made fresh daily. They also have a great selection of sandwiches and a cute little salad bar. We tried to go back the next day because everything was so delicious but unfortunately they were closed that day. Would go back in a heartbeat if I am ever in Watford City again! They are in a very small building space, just one four person table inside along with 3 counter stools, and one outside picnic table so probably would be much better to get take out, but they are very cozy and decorated beautifully.
