Been going great for over a decade up until now that I'm being gouged with new fees that didn't exist before. Like wow! They must really need my money to have to force me to switch to their "new account". I'm tired of this. Time to find a new bank.
My experience was very negative here until I closed my account. When I told them I had filled complaints with several agencies, they were quite pleasant. I opened my account at the other branch in Watford but closed it here. I had it less than 3 months. I have 0 trust in their practices.
